Coaching & Strategy for Women in Transition

You’ve built a life. Now, does it still feel like yours?

This is coaching and strategy for accomplished women navigating a career transition, a reinvention, or a quiet question about what comes next.

Career is usually where it starts. The real work is building a life — and a body of work — that actually feels like yours.

The Starting Point

You know the feeling.

You’ve done the things that were supposed to add up to a life you loved: the promotions, the moves, the milestones. And somewhere along the way, a question started surfacing that’s hard to say out loud — is this actually what I want, or is it just what I built?

That question doesn’t mean something is wrong. It usually means something is ready to change.

Why Career Is The Entry Point

Career is where this starts. It’s rarely where it ends.

Most clients come to me with a career question: a job that no longer fits, a pivot they can’t quite picture, a promotion that feels hollow once they get it. We start there, because it’s concrete and it’s real.

But career rarely stays contained. Once we start examining what no longer fits at work, the same questions tend to surface everywhere else — in how you spend your time, what you’ve stopped making space for, and what success actually means to you now. This work moves at the pace that’s useful: sometimes it stays focused on the next career decision, and sometimes it opens into something larger.

The Methodology

The Edit Method

Keep what still fits. Cut what doesn’t. Reimagine what could. Try something before you decide.

01

Keep

What still fits?

Not everything needs to change. We start by identifying what’s actually working — the parts of your career and life worth protecting — so we don’t tear down what’s still serving you.

02

Cut

What no longer belongs?

Some roles, habits and obligations have simply outlived their purpose. We name what’s costing you more than it’s giving back, clearly and without guilt.

03

Reimagine

What else could be possible?

Once the noise is cleared, there’s room to ask a bigger question: if you were building this from scratch today, what would it look like?

04

Try

What can you test before you decide?

Big decisions get smaller when you test them first. We design low-risk ways to try a direction before you commit to it.

How This Works

This is coaching. It’s also strategy.

Most coaching stops at insight. Most strategy skips the internal work entirely. This combines both: the reflection to get honest about what you actually want, and the strategic thinking to build a real plan around it — the same kind of thinking I’ve used for over a decade building narrative and communications strategy for executives and organizations, now applied to your career and your life.

A note on approach

This work is coaching and strategy, not therapy. It draws on principles associated with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) — frameworks that inform how we examine thought patterns, values and decision-making — but it is not psychotherapy, and I am not a therapist, psychologist or mental health professional.

If you’re navigating a mental health concern, a licensed therapist is the right person for that work. This coaching can complement that work but isn’t a substitute for it.
